Our Communities

Richmond Park/Knob Hill

Richmond Park-Knob Hill is a mature southwest Calgary community  which was annexed in two phases, first in 1907, then in 1910. Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built during the 1950′s.  Because it is so close to downtown Calgary, and it has easy access to Calgary’s pathway system,  Richmond Park-Knob Hill is a highly desirable community for home buyers.  The community is located nearby the Southwest Regional Park, Richmond Green golf course, and the commercial area of Marda Loop.

Richmond Park-Knob Hill recently built a new community Centre which offers a variety of activities to residents.  A playgroup, dog training groups and a moms and tots group make use of the Centre.  Richmond  Park – Knob Hill also has hockey and pleasure skating rinks for winter recreational opportunities to residents. The permanent rink offers year around activities  – including basketball nets.
